7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and with reasonable skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those specified in project agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

interknet's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be as specified in the project agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
